We will review submissions and if we decide to move forward with sharing your adventure, we will notify you by email or phone. We may also contact you to conduct an interview to gain more information about your story.

Terms and conditions to submitting application to KLR outdoors 

Grant of License: You hereby grant KLR outdoors, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and perform the content or information you submit for marketing and content creation purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, blog posts, and other marketing activities.
  1. Ownership: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit the content or information and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You retain ownership of the content or information you submit.
  2. No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the content or information you submit by KLR outdoors.
  3. No Obligation: KLR outdoors is under no obligation to use or display the content or information you submit.
  4. Privacy: KLR outdoors will handle the content or information you submit in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on its website.
  5. Revocation: You may request the removal or discontinuation of the use of your submitted content or information by contacting KLr outdoors in writing. KLr outdoors will make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, but it may not be possible to remove or cease all uses of the content or information immediately.
  6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLR outdoors and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your submitted content or information.
  7. Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from or related to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
